Welcome existing and potential clients! This portal allows clients to communicate with our counselors using a HIPAA Compliant secure password protected client system. Clients can use this portal to send emails, schedule appointments, make payments and request other services.
What's Next:
1. We recognize that you want to optimize your first counseling session without spending valuable session time on completing registration paperwork. Therefore, registering through this portal allows you to complete the necessary registration information prior to your first appointment.
Registration is a one-time process and will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
2. You will receive an email prompting you to create a secure password for this site. Your DEFAULT LOGIN is your email address. Once you login with your new password, complete the contact information section. PASSWORDS need to have at least one capital letter, a special character and a number.
3. Lastly, schedule a new session or view your upcoming session information. If you have already scheduled an appointment with your counselor, you may view your upcoming session information by clicking the "Sessions" icon at the top of the page once you login. After your session is scheduled, you will receive both an email and text reminder 24 hours prior to your session. You can choose to opt-out of these notifications once you are registered.
TELEHEALTH UPDATE: Out of an abundance of caution, all Solace sessions will be conducted via tele-mental health mediums (online video, telephone or online chat) until further notice. Our client portal provides encrypted video sessions that meets HIPAA medical record standards.
